The C3 Cutting & Milling Production Line is a high-efficiency solution for automated UPVC window profile processing. Designed for flexibility and speed, it handles up to nine profiles at once, with servo-driven feeding, precision milling, multi-angle cutting, and automatic waste collection—ideal for large-scale fabrication with minimal manual input.
Offers ultimate flexibility in profile machining and length cutting, equipped with 12 high-performance servo motors and drivers.
Profile feeding manipulator is controlled by three servo motors for precise and smooth operation.
Standard operation flows left-to-right; right-to-left operation is also available upon request.
Capable of auto-feeding up to nine profiles simultaneously for high-output production.
Features four spindle motors positioned at the top, bottom, front, and back for comprehensive milling and drilling operations.
One spindle motor is capable of rotating 0°–90° for water slot milling on variable angles.
The four spindles are driven by seven servo motors for dynamic and accurate machining.
A dual-axis saw unit handles profiles with cross-sections of up to 200×160mm or 160×200mm.
A 550mm servo-controlled saw blade rotates between 45°–135° to accommodate flexible cutting requirements.
Off-loading system uses a servo-controlled gripper for gentle extraction and accurate positioning, even for short profiles.
Integrated barcode printer enables efficient tracking and production management.
Safety is ensured through pneumatic-electric and mechanical protective systems.
Includes an automatic chip removal unit for efficient waste collection and cleaner workspace.
Fully enclosed cabinet minimises noise and dust; equipped with a 360° internal camera and external display for real-time monitoring.
