uPVC Window Automatic 6 Point Welding & Cleaning Production Line

The QUATTRO-V is an advanced automatic welding & cleaning production line designed for high-precision, high-volume UPVC window manufacturing. Combining a robust 6-point welding system, intelligent corner cleaning, and integrated transfer automation, this line ensures seamless production with excellent efficiency and finishing quality. With servo-driven control and automated discharging, it is ideal for premium and large-scale window fabrication facilities.

Whole Machine:

  1. Fully automated system for welding and cleaning UPVC window frames or sashes, comprising a welding unit, transfer unit, manipulator, and corner cleaning station.

  2. Offers switchable 0.2mm and 2mm welding modes via a convenient selector switch.

  3. Equipped with an imported computer control system for enhanced reliability and operational stability.

  4. Seamless coordination and synchronisation between all core production units.

  5. Automatic program selection based on the profile type, improving workflow efficiency.

  6. Ideal for high-end and mass-production of UPVC windows.

Welding Unit:

  1. Horizontally structured for improved stability and consistent performance.

  2. Capable of welding up to 6 corners simultaneously, including mullions.

  3. Utilises an imported computer drive system for superior reliability.

  4. Features a size error compensation function to ensure high dimensional accuracy.

  5. Special positioning system and impact device deliver precise and stable alignment.

  6. Reinforced corner welding enhances strength and prepares for optimal corner cleaning.

  7. Integrated support frame improves overall machine stability.

  8. Includes an automatic profile discharge mechanism for streamlined output.

Cleaning Unit:

  1. Eight cutter groups perform detailed cleaning of corner welds, surfaces, vertical and horizontal gasket grooves, and V-weld areas.

  2. High processing efficiency enabled by a four-axis servo drive system.

  3. Imported computing and drive components provide long-term reliability.

  4. Cutter system designed to handle over 100 profile types without frequent changes.

  5. Arc-to-line error compensation ensures consistently clean and precise finishing.

Transfer Unit & Manipulator:

  1. Automated transfer unit conveys welded frames or sashes for the next processing step.

  2. Robotic manipulator precisely positions frames or sashes for corner cleaning.
