Whole Machine:
Fully automated system for welding and cleaning UPVC window frames or sashes, comprising a welding unit, transfer unit, manipulator, and corner cleaning station.
Offers switchable 0.2mm and 2mm welding modes via a convenient selector switch.
Equipped with an imported computer control system for enhanced reliability and operational stability.
Seamless coordination and synchronisation between all core production units.
Automatic program selection based on the profile type, improving workflow efficiency.
Ideal for high-end and mass-production of UPVC windows.
Welding Unit:
Horizontally structured for improved stability and consistent performance.
Capable of welding up to 6 corners simultaneously, including mullions.
Utilises an imported computer drive system for superior reliability.
Features a size error compensation function to ensure high dimensional accuracy.
Special positioning system and impact device deliver precise and stable alignment.
Reinforced corner welding enhances strength and prepares for optimal corner cleaning.

Cleaning Unit:
Eight cutter groups perform detailed cleaning of corner welds, surfaces, vertical and horizontal gasket grooves, and V-weld areas.

Cutter system designed to handle over 100 profile types without frequent changes.
Arc-to-line error compensation ensures consistently clean and precise finishing.
Transfer Unit & Manipulator:
