The MHD7 is a high-performance multi-head drilling machine engineered specifically for aluminium windows, doors, and curtain wall profiles. Designed for long profiles and batch production, it supports precise, high-volume drilling operations. With seven independently controlled drilling heads and advanced Omron control integration, the MHD7 delivers maximum flexibility, speed, and reliability in aluminium fabrication. Its robust design, high-precision linear guides, and powerful spindle motor system ensure exceptional hole quality and production efficiency.
Specially designed for drilling aluminium alloy window, door, and curtain wall profiles—ideal for long profiles and mass production.
Compatible with profile cross-sections up to 200×200mm and capable of processing lengths up to 6000mm.
Fitted with seven drilling heads to allow multiple hole groups to be processed simultaneously for higher efficiency.
Pneumatic feeding system incorporates a damping cylinder with both rapid advance and working feed capabilities.
Integrated Omron control system supports single-head or multi-head synchronous machining, providing intelligent operation.
Drill heads are manually adjustable along X, Y, and Z axes and feature a measurement scale for fast and accurate positioning. Z-axis guided by linear sliders ensures improved precision, load handling, and longevity.
Utilises a collet-chuck spindle motor for stronger tool clamping, smoother performance, and superior drilling force and finish.
